1) Are you a factory?
We are a factory, not a trading company, we make the polishing pads by ourselves.
2) Can we get some samples? any charges?
No, our samples are not free, you need to pay the sample fees and shipping fees, but for samples, we can give you a discount.
3) Can you help with the design?
It depends on which design you want, if you want us to design a label for you, we can design a simple white and black label for you and help you stick it on the inner box;
If you want us to design the logo for you, you need to give us a photo or logo, we will ask our designer to design for you, usually, we design the logo for our customs on the base of a big order, say at least 1000pcs pads.
